Irene Eber
Irene Eber (born 1930 in Halle, née Geminder) is an Israeli Orientalist. She is Louis Frieberg Professor of East Asian Studies (emeritus) at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem at Jerusalem (Sinologist),〔(【引用サイトリンク】work=The University of Chicago Press )〕 and Senior Fellow of the Harry S. Truman Research Institute. She lives in Jerusalem. She also specializes in translations from Chinese.
